Executive Biography

Jos Brenkel is the Senior Vice President of HP’s Personal Systems Group (PSG) in Asia Pacific and Japan, effective May 1, 2010. He oversees the key elements of PSG business to efficiently drive growth and profitability for the dynamic, fast-growing region. A 24-year HP veteran, Jos brings to Asia Pacific a wealth of experience from his previous leadership roles at both worldwide and regional levels. All, except three of his HP years, have been in PSG.

Jos holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce and an honors diploma in marketing from Witwatersrand University in South Africa.

Paul Donovan

Executive Biography

Paul is the Vice President and General Manager for Product Marketing, Hewlett-Packard, Personal Systems Group (PSG), Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ).

Focused on Product Life Cycle Management, Paul is responsible for the development and implementation of the market leadership plan to optimize HP PSG’s product portfolio across the APJ Desktop, Notebook and Value and Attach business units.

Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics from Georgetown University and an MBA from the University of Virginia. He spends his free time with his wife and three children and enjoys travelling, sailing and doing voluntary work.

Phil McKinney

Executive Biography

Phil McKinney is Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for HP’s Personal Systems Group (PSG). In this role, he is responsible for long-range strategic planning and research and development (R&D;) for all of the company’s PC product lines, including mobile devices, notebooks, desktops and workstations. In addition, McKinney drives wireless and mobility strategic direction across all HP product lines as well as HP’s involvement in industry-standards bodies, ergonomics and accessibility.

Robin Seow

Executive Biography

As Vice President for Marketing, Robin Seow is responsible for leading Hewlett-Packard Personal Systems Group’s (PSG) strategic branding and marketing efforts in Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ).

Robin is a 15-year veteran at HP who has held leadership roles of significant impact. Prior to his new appointment, Robin was the Director of Marketing & SMB within China HP’s PSG. Under his leadership, HP is the first foreign PC brand to successfully penetrate inner China through targeted marketing strategies.

Robin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science and information systems from the National University of Singapore, and a Master of Science degree in communication software management from the University of Essex.

Steven McArthur

Executive Biography

As the Senior Vice President for Applications and Services for PSG, Steven McArthur is responsible for building HP’s digital services and applications that directly define the experience between our customers and HP.

Steven has a proven track record of building digital businesses, driving innovation and maintaining a focus on operational execution. For more than a decade, he has held senior positions in the consumer Internet companies such as Expedia, Inc., and AOL, Inc.

Steven graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Queen’s University in Belfast, Northern Ireland. He also has an MBA from Harvard University.

Ted Clark

Executive Biography

Ted Clark is Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Notebook Global Business Unit in the Personal Systems Group at HP. He is responsible for the multi-billion dollar global P&L; for both consumer and commercial notebook businesses worldwide.

Clark’s responsibilities include notebook product strategy and roadmap, all notebook product development, complete lifecycle management, global supply chain and total customer experience.
